I have just updated my win7 64bit and test again and it works. It is not likely that this method is blocked by microsoft. May be it is the setting of your win7. I am sorry that I have no idea about this.

The PDF directs I enter test mode and sign the driver. Then the PDF directs I load the driver.
So this is what really happens:
1) load the over ride program. 2) enter test mode 3) REBOOT (the program states that...not the PDF!) 4) Now sign the driver 5) Now you can load the driver 6) Test the driver by running backup program - yes it works, it always worked that way...BUT only in test mode 7) Exit test mode 8) Reboot 9) Guess what? Driver is NOT accepted now even after you claim I only need to do this once. Windows rejects it.
So now I ask you and the OP who claimed it worked for them in Windows 7 32 and 64 bit....HOW, exactly how step by step did you get it to work. Remember I already have a driver installed and will have to un-install it and REMOVE it. I also ask how the modded files help? Do they also need to be signed? I will answer this myself...I tried that too...no dice!
I am asking hkems to re-write their instructions set to exact detail on how to get this to work so that I do not have to keep going back into test mode. PLEASE!

Admin,
You are going to comment on my procedure? I would appreciate your help. Telling you installed it does not tell me what you did sir.

Forget it. I got a much simpler way of doing this and should have thought of this from the beginning. Defeat the checking of unsigned drivers in a boot-up by pressing F8 and choosing disable check of signatures on drivers. Now continue boot. Check to see NDS Adapter Plus works...it does! Now since I use hibernate (sleep works too), I find the driver is working all the time now. In reality I never needed to use your program since I no longer need the driver signed. MS really needs to stop the greed thing every chance they get.

I'm using windows 7 Ultimate x64 - and seeing many people using it, following every instruction to the T; i get no where windows still doesn't recognize the drivers are even in the folder...
(boot into adv mode. (f8)) >Disable signed driver requirement (boot into windows) >Sign Drivers using above tool (reboot) (back into disable signed driver mode) >device manager > update drivers >browse for software >select correct folder with signed drivers
>windows cannot install driver software please contact hardware manufacturer for support
Tried this about 16 times... -.-

Right. That is why I just Disable Driver signature check on boot up with the f8 key. Read up.

Does anyone have a copy of the modded inf? The rapidshare no longer works.

Cancel that. He is right. All you need to do is uncomment ClassGUID and add a blank [ClassInstall32] in the INF (I added it after the listing in[Microsoft.NTamd64] ).
