We have just released a new firmware v3.02. It adds the support of the game "Jam with the band DX". Although it is not likely that v3.02 will also support "Battle & Get! Pokemon Typing DS", you may give it a try. Please download the v3.02 firmware upgrade from the link below. www.hkems.com/files/0907/0907_v3.02.zip** We are still looking for the game "Battle & Get! Pokemon Typing DS" in Hong Kong. According to a game shop, it should be available within June.

Hello.
I've just used my NDS Adaptor Plus for the first time with Pokemon Platinum, but it won't recognize my game card. I upgraded it to 3.02 and downgraded to older firmware versions to test, but it keeps not recognizing the game.
I tried other games and the adaptor seems to be working fine, at least with my Dragon Ball Origins and Pokemon White.
Any help?
Thanks for the attention!

Please upgrade to v3.02 and test again with the games below.
1. Dragon Ball 2. Pokemon Platinum 3. Pokemon White
We have tested Pokemon Platinum and Pokemon White, and there is no problem.
If it still doesn't work, please inform us the version (JAP/US/EUR) of the game. Thanks.

Hello.
I had already upgraded when I tested for the first time, and after that, I downgraded and upgraded again some times to test on different firmware versions (at the moment, it's 3.02 again).
Pokemon White and Dragon Ball origins keep working fine, but Pokemon Platinum doesn't work. It's a North American version.
I checked all characteristics that it could be a fake gamecard presented by different tutorials and sites on the internet, but it seems to be really genuine.
Could it be Windows 7 getting on the way? Even after I forced the signature problems?
Thank you!

Game specific most likely. Madden 3DS will not work either.

Madden 3DS is in our fixing list.
Regards Pokemon Platinum, please downgrade to v2.1 and see if it works. Thanks.

omg
I uninstalled the driver to install again from the 2.1 version, and now I can't even install it anymore.. windows tell me there's no driver of the software on the folder even when I try to install 3.02 version and even with the signature enforcement tool..
I tried ccleaner to clean the registry, but didn't help

sorry for the triple post..
another thing that proves that my platinum is original (i was worried with that yet ;p): my pokemon white recognized platinum on the Poke Transfer tool, that only works from original to original game cards.
now, only those two problems left.. my windows keep not re-installing the driver and nds adaptor plus keeps not working with platinum
thank you for your attention

I was able to re-install the driver using a modded version of the 3.01 firmware I found somewhere in the forums
but yet, pokemon platinum keeps not working for me, even on 2.1 version of the firmware (or in any other version) ;/

Someone in this forum has tried pokemon platinum with firmware v2.1 and it works. I am confused about your case.

I'll try installing it at my girlfriend's house and see if it works.
I know you said Pokemon Platinum works fine for you and for other users too, but where did you test it? Was it on a 64bit Windows 7 PC?
If not, could you try it?
