Hi. I've had Trio Linker Plus for about a year now and it's been working fine, until a few days ago.
First, only PS2 pad did not register any input while Dreamcast and Gamecube controllers worked fine. A few days after, they stopped working altogether.
Some things,
- I tried Dualshock2, PS2 Saturn pad, PS2 dance pad, DC pad, GC pad. None of them are recognized.
- I tried uninstalling the driver.
- Converter itself is recognized in Windows XP's control panel as "Joypad to USB converter"
- I experimented it under different PC's and OS's but it doesn't work in any of them
I'd like some assistance on this issue. Thanks!

The trio linker plus could work without driver installed (i.e. with windows default joypad driver). Please un-isntall the driver, and plug it to PC and see if it works. In case it doesn't work, it is very likely that your Trio Linker Plus is defective. For this case, we recommend you to send it back to us. We provide free repair / replace services for our products, and you just need to pay for the postage. If you would like to send it back to us, please send an email to us and leave us your country / address / phone. We would give you the quotation of the postage, and tell you what to do next.
