Hello,
I am trying to install my EMS GC USB 64 Memory Adaptor. Windows XP will not recognize the driver. I've tried downloading several versions, including a couple from your site, and none of them are recognized. I've tried using Device Manager to uninstall the USB device, I've tried pointing Windows directly at the .inf file, and NOTHING WORKS.
Windows XP SP2 just tells me that the driver has "no information about your hardware".
I've been using an EMS PSX to USB adaptor for years and have loved it. I'm very disappointed in the GC USB 64M.
Please help.

I've looked at that guide, and it doesn't match what happens in Windows XP on my PC.
And how many PC's do you think I have? Whose PC should I use? Should I go to my neighbor's house and ask to use his computer?
I don't mean to be rude, but suggesting that I use another PC is like an auto mechanic suggesting that I drive a different car!

For your case, it could be caused by driver crush. It is not likely the problem of the adaptor itself. That's why I tell you to test it with another PC to locate the problem. In case you are not able to test on another PC, you may consider to send it back to us. We provide free repair / replace services for our products, and you just need to pay for the postage. Thanks.
