Hello,
I have 2 DC gamepads, a MadCatz Dreampad and a Quantum Fighter Pad, both with 6 buttons instead of 4
When I plug the MadCatz in the Trio Linker II and I go to the Windows XP controller setup, the 2 analog buttons and analog stick keep moving by themselves. When I press down another button, I see the button flickering as if I was pressing it repeatedly. I tried both the HKEMS and the normal Windows driver.
When I plug in the Quantum Fighter Pad, no button presses register and when I install the HKEMS driver, the controller setup locks up!
Needless to say none of the 2 controllers work in any games. Is this a known problem? Any solutions to fix it?

It is not a known problem. It seems that both joypad are not compatible with our Trio Linker Plus II. This could not be fixed by upgrading the driver. I am sorry about that.

How are you so sure it's not a driver problem? Because the Quantum fighter behaves differently depending on the Windows/HKEMS driver.

If the controller could not supported by the windows default joypad driver, it would be the hardware limitation then.

Well then I'm not pleased with the product. It should have at least been tested with such common 3rd party pads and included a warning that they do not work !

I am sorry about that, but it is impossible to test every joypads in the market.
