Recently, some of our customer reported that the trigger of EMS TopGun III would break easily. We have investicated the case, and found out the problem. The problem is now solved, and this problem would not occur again. For those with a broken trigger problem, please kindly contact us at sales@hkems.com. Thanks.

Sometimes, if the motor inside turns a bit more then one turn, it may stuck at the edge near D-pad, it's normal. To use two guns on the same PC, you have to plug two USB receiver into PC. The two Guns and Receivers should be set to different channel, and both guns have to be well calibrated before use. Thanks.

I recently (April/2012) purchased and returned the topgun III from/to amazon due to the broken trigger after less than one hour of play... How do I ensure i get the fixed topgun III if I were to reorder?
Thanks

You may consider to buy it from us directly. We would test the gun before we send it to you, so as to ensure that it is perfectly functioning. note : We would provide free repair / replace services for our products, and our customer would just need to pay for the postage. For any inquiry, please kindly inform us.

I have a topgun 111, had it for a while but with very light use. The gun stopped working all of a sudden, nothing happens when you pull the trigger.
