Mate honestly for f sakes sign your driver. you are making good money selling these - surely if you are not that tight you can put some profit to give to microsoft and sign it and also get your developers onto the final release version with improvements - also please add wireless and a bit better looking reciever like the Wii light bar - these sort of costmetics are also very important to people on high end setups - if china can make iphones when controlled by Apple - china can also make great products if they put their mind to it - just step up the game a bit - you have a great product i can assure you hundreds more will switch over from things like aimtrak the day you solve this - also please look into using a different frequency for wireless or offer wired option as well, the problems in wireless signals are another big reason the gun is not accurate or off at times - simple things but major imapacts for your profit- if you just think for the long run.

I'm having an issue getting the original topgun working on windows 7. Every time i try to do something with it like open a program it says insert LCDgun in the bottom corner. I've noticed most of the drivers are for topgun2 and am wondering if this is the issue.
I have EMS TOP GUN II x2, I had them working perfectly before with mame and pc games but now I've upgraded my cabinet to windows 7. I followed the instructions to the letter and went through all the shenanigans of signing the drivers. The gun will work as mouse/cursor and will work with some pc games, sega model 3 etc but I'm having issues with mame. The gun's trigger will register as "gun button" but movement registers as 'mouse 1'. I know when I had this set up previously all the guns input would register as a 'gun' in mame game controls. Despite everything being set up correctly when I aim the gun at the screen the crosshair in mame jumps around like crazy. I can move the cursor around with mouse(trackball) with no issue but the gun goes crazy but they both register the same inputs, it makes no sense to me why it won't work.
Works for XP 64bit (TG2). Sort of. DPAD cannot be used since buttons 1&2 are forced to be l&r click respectively as well as the wheel locked to, well, the wheel. This leaves three buttons mappable when you need four. Other main issue is that as it uses absolute, as opposed to relative, mouse movements there's a lot of emulators/games that cannot be used at all. An option to remap l/r/wheel to a key only if needed and relative mouse movement calculation/moves required to make it actually viable.
Win10 64bit, Downloaded and ran the dseo13b utility, enabled and signed the two sys files 'successfully' - retried to update driver and failed on signature again. Rebooted, and retried, no joy, same signature error
Right now I have an expensive plastic paperweight in the shape of a gun...
For everyone use Windows 7, My EMS Topgun III works perfect with Silent Hill The Arcade. Thus it wouldn't hurt to get a driver update for later os, but I guess nobody wants to support spyware. And why sign drivers? I have loads of hacked toys around my place that runs on unsigned drivers, seriously why whine about some nutsty signed drivers?
