Hi @ll,
I have bought an EMS TopGun III, im using Windows 7 64bit and have installed the corresponding driver (with overridden software signature). The hardware is installed properly without any errors. The TopGun Control panel works fine as well, the gun is recognized. I have mounted the IR leds as in the left example in the manual on my 40" plasma TV (connected to my PC via HDMI and mirroring my PC screen).
However, whenever I enter the calibration mode, it never finishes. No matter where I shoot (I am following the order of the manual), I never get any recoil and the calibration never finishes.
I have tried lowering monitor brightness, I have shut off all digital devices around the monitor, I have shut out all external light, I have stood in different distances to the monitor. Nothing works.
Anyone can help me what to do so I can calibrate and use my EMS TopGun III ?
Thanks for your help!
Joe

Found the problem: the distance from the screen had to be quite a bit more than I expected. Almost 5 meters from a 40" screen. 3 meters from a 22" screen. Guess I have to reduce the distance between the IR lamps.

reduce the distance between the IR lamps would help a lot. Please try again.
