I keep my EMS Top Gun dongle hooked up to the usb port all the time. I also have a wireless mouse. What happens is even when the gun is asleep or even when the gun doesn't have any batteries in it the cursor will get stuck in the top of my screen. I have to unplug the dongle and replug it or turn on the gun and move the cursor, it's very annoying. Is there any way to stop this? Or is it because I have a wireless mouse that uses 2.4 ghz technology?

Please run TopGun Control Panel. On the right hand side, select the "Drivers Options" tab. Click the "Free mouse if aiming offscreen" box, and click "Submit Settings" button on the left hand side. The problem should be solved.

That did not help because I go to Driver options and "free mouse if aiming offscreen" is checked by default so I've always had it set that way The mouse still gets stuck even with the lightgun turned off I have to unplug and replug the dongle to fix it.
