I recently bought the EMS Dual Shooter, using it with Windows 7 32-bit. I installed driver 3.2, and attached my Dance Mats.
Unfortunately, only one port of the dual shooter will work with my mats. I switched the mats between ports, and confirmed that it isn't an issue with my mats. I have tried a 2nd USB port, and still have the same issue.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Ok, I mis-diagnosed the problem. My first mat worked when I first plugged it in, but stopped working permenantly after I launched the game StepMania. I plugged in the 2nd mat, which worked fine. Until I launched StepMania again. At which point both mats stopped working. (even after a restart, reinstall of drivers, etc)
They work on a different computer, so I assume something in the driver settings is getting messed up. Is there a way to permanently remove any trace of the driver? I've tried using the "uninstall driver" from the device manager, but as soon as I plug the contollers back in, it recognizes them, but they no longer work.
At this point, I can't seem to do anything on this computer to get it to recognize input from the dance mats connected with this device.

Ok, here I go replying to myself again, in case anyone else has this issue.
I was finally able to get my computer to recognize the controllers again by going into regedit and deleting everything under HKLM/Software/EMS. I reattached the mats, and it's currently working. So far so good. (I'm wondering if maybe trying to run Stepmania while the controller configuration screen was open, caused some sort of hiccup? I dunno. I'll report back here if it stops working again suddenly)

Another note in case anyone has the same issues -- next time I plugged in the dance mats, it didn't recognize them again. Once again, I had to delete the registry keys, and re-run the driver installer. Weird.

No, I gave up and bought a cheapo adapter, then opened up my dance mats and used a soldering iron to rewire the up/left/down/right inputs to be button presses instead, and remapped all the controls in-game.
