Hi. I recently bought a Memory Juggler USB for PS2 from a store in Tokyo, Japan. I don't have a floppy drive, but I assumed it would be possible to find the drivers and software online, and I found them both on the gametech website and here. However, I can't seem to get the computer to recognize the device. I'm running Windows XP Service Pack 2. I have everything set up properly, but when I plug in the USB cable it says "Uknown USB Device". When I tell it to look for the driver in one of the downloaded folders, it doesn't detect the driver and still won't work. I even bought a USB Hub today, but that didn't make any difference. Any idea of how I can get the driver to install?

Please follow the guide below to set up your PS2 USB Memory adaptor: 1) Download the program from the link below. During the install process, the computer will ask you to input a destination to decompress the file, please input and remember the location. www.hkems.com/files/ps2linker(english).exe2) Turn your PS2 on. 3) insert your PS2 save card into the PS2 memory adaptor. 4) insert your PS2 memory adaptor into the PS2 memory card port, and the left LED would become green. (please make sure it is well connected) 5) Enter the Browser in PS2, and you should able to see your PS2 save card in PS2. 6) Connect the PS2 USB memory adaptor to PC via an USB cable. The computer will ask you for the driver, please select the EM3LINK.inf file which is in the directory which you have inputted in step 1. In Step 6, when you connect it to your PC, it should ask you for the location of the driver. If it doesn't, the connection is fail. Please re-try with another USB port or use an USB hubs. If it still doesn't work, there could be 3 possible reasons : 1. That's the problem of your windows. If so, we recommend to try with another computer. 2. That's the problem of your USB port. If so, please try with another USB port or use an USB hubs or test in another computer. 3. Your TV or PS2 or PC may have electrical leakage. To solve this problem, you have to connect those device to ground to release those electrical voltage. If you still can't get it to work, please tell us the step which you have problem with, and tell us your case in details. We would try our best to help you. Thanks.
