Seriously with source code this would be a 20 minute hack at most.
Wonder how many orders you've lost out on due to this. I know a lot of the big players won't bulk order without 64bit drivers.

Sorry to say, but, if the driver doesn't come out REALLY soon, i'm going to have to buy a different product to replace my product of yours that I can't use...

I am sorry, it is not ready yet. It should be ready within this year.

Seriously? Within this year? Are you telling us that we cannot use a product for a whole year? Why do you need so time to fix one driver? If you cannot do it, release the source code and someone else would.

I agree with the above post.
Releasing the source code will allow hackers to hack it quicker and release it probably the next day.

I hacked together a driver a while back for Vista64, trouble is it wasn't stable at all - that was me with very limited skills hacking the XP64 drivers. With source release it'd take less than an hour I'm certain.
Like I posted earlier, they will be losing out on a lot of orders due to this.

Oddjob is right this is a simple hack job that would not take longer then an hour.
HKEMS;Administrator, if you release the source code, you will be creating more sales then just prolonging it because of a support stall.
Please consider this option and give the public the code.

I am sorry that I am not able to release the source code, according to the policy of our company.

Oddjob, so you think you could try hacking a driver for win7x64? We'll appreciate any effort

In case you did not notice Ferruz, the HKEMS;Administrator does not want to release the source code to the public so therefore oddjob cannot hack anything.

I tried before and failed. One interesting point, if you get the Direct X SDK and try the DXInput test then the joypad buttons are all recognised - force install of WinXP64 drivers. There is nothing fundamentally wrong, just needs an application profile of some sort.
Older versions of windows allowed you to use pretty much anything as a generic profile (8 button controller, 2 axis etc). From Vista up this seems to have disappeared.
Someone with a bit more skill than me might be able to suss something out. I feel a bit sorry for the Admin on this board, it isn't them setting the policy.

Well it's 4.5 months into "this year" has there been any progress made? If it's going to be much longer I will probably have to purchase another product and sell my EMSUSB2 on ebay
