I RECENTLY PURCHASED THE NDS # 0609, can the firmware upgrade work to use it with the POKEMON SOUL SILVER/HEART GOLD ?
ALSO I wanted to know who to put a .sav file from a R4 card , and use the NDS adaptor to put it on a NDS game cart ?

It is impossible to upgrade #0609 NDS Adaptor to #0907 NDS Adaptor Plus.

The upgrade program is for #0907 NDS Adaptor Plus only. #0609 NDS Adaptor doesn't has upgrade function.

Regards the R4 cart, I am sorry that I am not familiar with it. Thanks

The game save backed up by our NDS Adaptor Plus is compatible with R4i, M3i etc. You may have a look in the following review.

Hi I recently just purchased the NDS Adaptor Plus (0907). While I am able to make back ups of Pokemon Platinum and download into the retail cart, I am unable to so the same with Heart Gold, which is one of the Key feature of this product. I have updated to Firmware v2.0.

When I back up Heart Gold, a sav. file is created just like it did for platinum. Platinum's sav. file will load up and run just fine on my flash card. Heart Gold, however, I can only get to the save screen that display the correct Trainer Name, Game played Time, and numbers of pokemon caught. I know this is Data of my retail cart is there because of the matching information on the save screen. When I try to enter the game after the save screen, the game crash and only have a blank black screen.

I have tried many number of troubleshooting such as restart computer, re-download driver and Game Rom Files, but still has same issue. I have also opening the Sav. file on a DS emulator as well. The game crashes just the same and displays a error "The Rom-Image has crashed.

Please, I would like any help that will resolve this.

Would you please double check if the contact part of your game cart is dirty / rusted ? You may clean it and test again.

By the way, this product is designed to back up the game save from original game cart, and restore it into the original game cart. We can't guarantee that the save is compatible with every flash cart and for every games.

At this moment, we don't have a safe method to test if the save you backed up into PC is corrupted or not. The simplest method to test this is to restore it into your original game cart. But, this would mess up the save in your game cart if the save is corrupted.

I just purchased this device. I am running windows 7 and I am trying to manually install the driver because it will not recognize it. Once I locate the driver, it says it can not install it properly because it does not recognize the digital signature. Please help.
