Hello,
I purchased two guns and one of them works great! When I disconnect that gun and connect the second gun I bought, it will not work correctly from the EXACT same spot. I am standing about twice the distance from my screen and it seems the second gun cannot see the LED stands as well as the first one. Do you think something is wrong with the camera?
Thanks!

Hi Vassago There are three possible reason for your case : 1. The 2nd gun is faulty. (may not be the problem of the camera) 2. The view angle of the 2nd gun is wider then the 1st gun, therefore it could "see" some interruption sources that the 1st gun could not "see", thus the 2nd gun could not work. 3. The view angle of the 2nd gun is narrower then the 1st gun, thus it could not "see" all the five sets of LEDs on the two LED stands. For this case, you should stand futher away from the screen. Note : case 2 and 3 are only set up problems, and the gun is workable. Solution: Before you enter the calibration mode, please do the followings: 1. Aim the gun at the floor, turn ON the laser pointer switch. The laser pointer should not light when you aim at floor. 2. Aim your gun at every point of the screen, and see if the laser pointer will lights. If the laser pointer lights when you aim at every point, you could then calibrate the gun and play the game. Note : i) In normal mode, the laser pointer only lights when the gun could "see" all 5 sets of infrared LEDs at the same time. Therefore in step 2, if the laser pointer doesn't light, the gun may be too close to the screen. ii) In step 2, if the laser pointer keep flashing, that means there exist some interruption near where you are aiming at. Thanks.
