Just got two new topguns and the lasers are not working. I get into calibration mode, I calibrate then the laser dies, I PRESS BOTH A+B FOR A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME the laser is still not lighting up. I switched guns, the laser is now up and working for this second gun, I go to calibration and now it's dead too!!! Both lasers on both guns are now not working! It WAS ORIGINALLY WORKING but now not. Holding A+B does nothing, it seems to take it into calibration mode because after shooting 5 times the gun moves the mouse cursor differently, but through this process, no laser. I REFORMATTED MY PC, put fresh drivers in, and still no laser at all!!! How come? Is there memory in the gun that needs to be reset to allow the laser to come on? How do I reset the memory inside the gun? Or did I just have the worst of luck and both guns are defective?! It's shipped from HK, that's really expensive!

Sorry for the late reply Please double check if the laser pointer switch is set up the right position. Also, please double check if all other functions of the gun are workable. For your case, it is very likely that the laser pointer are dead. Normally, the laser pointer only die if the voltage is too high. But voltage of USB is always 5V. Your case is quite strange.

The laser is on the right position, both were originally working now not working. The cursor responds, I haven't tried to calibrate it without the laser atm, I also have distance issue, my main concern atm is the lasers not functioning.

We provide free repair / replace services for our products, and you just need to pay for the postage. You may send your guns back to us for repair / replace, but please make sure that they are not opened before. The problem is that, I afraid that it is the problem of the environment (e.g. voltage of your USB port is higher then 5V). If so, repair / replace the gun could not solve your problem. If you would like to send the guns back to us, please inform us by email. sales@hkems.com Thanks
