No matter what settings or which version of MAME, MAME will not see 2 individual guns. It sees both guns as one and the same. I have enabled the dual_lightguns from 0 to 1 in mame.ini and tried the ini to set to either mouse or lightgun or even keyboard. Everytime the same outcome, both lightguns can shoot as player 1 only at the same time on top of that hijacking the crosshair from each other.
Btw I have EMS Topgun II's win 7 64 bit with the beta drivers. MAME64 ver 0.173, MAMEui64 0.173,MAMEUIFX64 0.162
I had them working once before on a 64 bit system, but I have since reinstalled it.

BUMP If you think I'm going away you're out of your minds. I'm going to be bumping this thread until someone responds with a solution.
On the side note though, I would like to tell you that you have NO CLUE, NOT EVEN A BIT OF IDEA about something like consumer relationship! I mean ZERO, none, zilch, nada! You might be good engineers and put together a cool product, but how to later take care of it you have not a slightest idea! You could've corner the whole market, because no one had a good lightgun solution when you came up with it, but then your silly refusal to pay Microsoft to get those drivers digitally signed caused the consumers nothing but aggravation and unnecessary annoyance. Lack of communication on your part on these boards to help people all it did for you is to alienate people further to your product and your brand. You have no loyal followers. Everyone is jumping ship and either advises to sell your lightguns to others or to buy other solutions like Aimtrack. Do you honestly believe I'm going to recommend your products to others on forums like BYOAC or KLOV.com? Your gun USED to be the choice for the arcade, but it was replaced by Aimtrack, because of your inability to understand the market! You don't understand that you need to take care of your product like a vegetable in a garden, you have to cultivate it and invest it in order to rip the rewards long term.
That's all for now. I'll return and bump my thread until I'll find a solution on my own or until someone answers my initial question as to why both guns show in MAME as one under Gun B01 or something like that.

BUMP Still not working! The TopGunPanel.exe supposedly sees 2 guns, but there is no way to test it out. Who the f**k knows how to test two guns!? Fired up Model 2 emulator, also no go. Both guns fight over the same crosshair!
BUMP Approaching a month without a resolution. The owners completely don't care. DON'T BUY THEIR GARBAGE! BUY AIMTRACK! See Ultimarc dotcom to see their guns. They provide full support and are not cheap when it comes to paying for signing their drivers, so you don't EVER have problems installing anything!
