How to install drivers on windows 8/8.1

Is there any way to install the drivers for the NDS Adapter Plus on windows 8 or/and 8.1? All ive found are tutorials for Windows 7 and below and have tried disabling the signed driver enforcement in the advanced options, while having the computer in test mode, but the adapter is still undetected? Has anyone been able to get it to work on windows 8/8.1?

Driver installation on windows 8
1. (ignore this for 32bit windows) follow the guide below to disable the "Driver Signature Enforcement" in windows 8.

2. follow the guide below to disable the "SmartScreen Filter" in windows 8.

3. download the driver from the link below.

4. plug the device to PC.
5. visit device manager, right click the unknown device, install the driver as usual.
6. (ignore this for 64bit windows) reboot after driver installation.

Remarks :
For windows 8 32bit, there is no "Driver Signature Enforcement", therefore the driver would work permanently as it should be.
For windows 8 64bit, there is "Driver Signature Enforcement". Everytime after reboot, you have to re-do the above steps (except step 2) so as to disable "Driver Signature Enforcement" and install the driver again.

I followed all the above steps for Win8.1 64 and it does not work. Windows does not find the drivers, even though i point the system right to the containing folder. Can someone please help?

This product supports win8.1 32bit, but not win8.1 64bit. I am sorry about that.
