topgun drivers do not work

I received my lcd top gun yesterday, I unzipped the drivers to the EMS Topgun v3.2 folder then ran the exe(emstopgun v3.2.exe) I then plugged in my topgun and it proceeded to search for the drivers and did not find any, I then directed it to the folder and still did not find any drivers. what could be the problem I followed these instructions from you web site.

2. Un-zip it to any location you like.

3. Set the switch at the bottom of the gun to "P", and connect the gun to PC

4. The computer will ask you for driver, please direct it to the location in step 2.

Hello Kiddk

You should run the EMS TopGun V3.2.exe after you have connected the gun to PC and installed the driver. If not, please try another USB port or use an USB hubs.

For the first time you connect your gun to PC, it would ask you for the driver. Please don't it search itself. Please specify the location of the driver (.inf file, where you unzip the file). Your PC should then able to find the driver.

I did point it to the folder where the inf is located and it stated that no driver files for thise device existed.

Which windows are you using ?

Would you please test it with another computer ? This should be either the problem of your window or the gun.

By the way, please make sure that the switch (X/P) at the bottom of the gun is at "P".
