Would you please try that method (below) again ? Please follow each steps carefully. Don't swap or skip any steps. If any of the steps doesn't work, please inform us the result of that step in detail. I got it to work (with the modified driver. In order to get it to work, I had to shut down both my Ad-aware and Symmantec antivirus software.

I just bought a new laptop the other day, and I can't get my NDS Adapter Plus to work on it. I've tried every solution I can find to install it and nothing works. I can't run the Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider because every time I try I get the following message:
"The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher."
Disabling Mcafee didn't work, and I can't upgrade it either. Any help would be appreciated.

Rats...Home edition does not support that feature. You would need to upgrade to Pro to have this option.

It took much doing, but I finally got it working. Don't know what I did wrong, but things are going smoothly now.

I followed these instructions and successfully installed the driver.
However still when I open NDS_Adaptor_Plus_v3.0 it's blank and can't read Pokemon Black
Is 3.01 not new enough for Pokemon Black or something?
The zip file for 3.02 is read as broken on my computer for some reason so I haven't tried it
