Hi, I want to know if EMS USB2 supports the negCon controller. So I have another question: on play-asia, there's a black EMS USB2, called "Dual Shooter" ( here: www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-6m-49-en-15-ems-70-1b5.html ). Is it the same one as the grey EMS USB2 which is available here?

Good day.
Our EMS USB2 could support Negcon. The Daul Shooter is another name of our "EMS USB2". They are the same thing. Thanks.

Hi Finally I bought a EMS USB2, but I have a problem when I use NegCon. There is a dead zone even if I set it to nothing in settings ( I use drivers 3.0 ). When I twist NegCon a little to the left ( I'm French, sorry if my text is strange sometimes ), there is no reaction, and if I continue to softly twist there's a degree of axis where there's a reaction, but far of the center of the axis. This dead zone is smaller when I twist to the right, but it exists. Moreover, the max right is reached before I twist NegCon to its max right. I tested with my second NegCon, it's the same problem. So I tested with a APM Multimedia PS to USB converter, and there is no problem with it! With APM adapter there's a very little dead zone which is not serious when I play. So, I have not find how to calibrate an axis in EMS USB2 drivers... it's impossible or not? Thanks!

Regards the dead zone problem, it is either driver problem or hardware limitation. You may un-install the driver and try again, and see if this problem exist without driver isntalled. The analog stick may not be in the middle exactly (especially for those bad quality joypads). This axis calibration is designed to fix this problem. If the analog stick of your joypad is already in the middle, you could ignore this axis calibration function. Thanks

Thanks for you answer I uninstalled drivers and tried, and there is still this dead zone problem with Windows-integrated settings panel. I tried with other drivers, oldest 2.2 which does'nt allow allow dead zone settings and 2.7, there's the same problem. I tried with my Dual Shock 2, same problem. So I don't understand your answer about calibration; whith EMS USB2 there's a way to calibrate joysticks or not? Many of PC games and other PSX pad adapters allow to calibrate joysticks, why not EMS USB2?

>> EMS USB2 there's a way to calibrate joysticks or not ? Yes, you could use the analog stick calibrate function to calibrate the analog stick. This function is aviable in driver v3.0 Thanks.

So where is this calibration function? I installed drivers 3.0 and I don't find it... In the "General" panel I can see the pad with buttons ordered by number and two squares with analog sticks position, but there's no option for calibration... In "Seeting" panel I can set "Mode", "Digital Pad", "Vibration", "Dead zone", "Joypad"/"Joy2Key" choice, and "Key Map". That's all
