I'm considering buying your product but since there are no news of 64-bit drivers for W7 ill try to find another solution. Or are they coming sometime this century?

We are currently upgrading our drivers for win7 64bit. #0205 EMS USB2 is on the list, but it would not be ready shortly. I would post here for any news about this. Err I know you said that it would not be ready shortly, but a year is quite a time to complete a adapter driver. Is this driver project dead or ?

guys it would be better if the source code for the driver is released. i mean, the driver would be released ina matter of hours and you guys wont lose anything.

Well I caved and bought a Super Joy Box 3 pro, I cannot believe that a year after Win7x64 was released to the public, MORE than a year since the public beta became available and TEN months after I posted this there is still no driver. It definitely does not take a year to do this.
Maybe I'll get to use my old EMSUSB2 again someday but for now I'm all right. Bye EMS, we had a good run.

Well I emailed them and got the same "We are working on this, but I am sorry that it would not be ready shortly" that we got a YEAR ago. I would just give up and buy something else guys.

How much money would it take to get this driver written, tested, and released? If we all gave a dollar...

The developer say me by email that you can use EMS USB2 with win7 64bits in MAME and Stepmania, that these 2 software will recognize it. Can someone try this and tell if it's works in MAME with an Win7 64 bits?
THANKS

Hi there! I dont know if this would matter anyway. Anyone knows about the XBCD driver which allows old XBOX controller to work under win 7? Testing on my amd64 windows 7, I tried to modify the INF part of the 64 bit driver to recognize the EMS USB and it actually suceeded in recognize somehow the "signals" from my PS2 controller but all messed up, showing like some buttons are pressed all time or incorrect analog axis movement (takes the input from two controllers as one, to make it clear)... The funny thing is that i installed the only XP64 driver which i found on the HKEMS site and after forcing the USB Input device to install the XBCD driver as an XBOX controller, the Dual PSX-USB adaptor is SHOWN on the game device configuration and also im able to see the HKEMS interface but it wont recognize any input... A real pity! XBCD also includes the source code, but i dont have the tools or knowledge to do any valuable with it Regards, P.S: i tested on mameUI64 and although it doesnt work, i can LAUNCH a game using the button 1 of the PS2 controller on port 1

It's already the end of the year now, so, will there ever be drivers for win 7 x64? Btw, I can use the adapter with lots of emulators, such as: Dolphin, NullDC, No$GBA, VBA (up to v1.72), and many others, but PC games still don't recognize it. It doesn't show up on the control panel too. I installed the following versions of the drivers: the drivers for Vista/7 32bit, v3.0 (98/ME/2K/XP) and v2.71 (XP64). Don't know which one worked or how they worked, but at least it's better than nothing.

Yup, it worked for me, the only problem is that you have to install the drivers before plugging the adapter into the usb port. When I installed win 7 on my pc, I've tried using the adapter with an old version of the drivers that I already had, but it didn't work, then I downloaded and installed all those drivers that I said in the other post, but it didn't change anything, it was only when I plugged the adapter into another usb port that it started working. Then, after installing these drivers, plug the adapter into a usb port that you've never plugged it before and it should work (at least worked for me). Btw, I forgot to say on the other post, the vibration doesn't work too
