Total Control Plus, switch & DC lightgun

HI EMS!

I've just bought a Total Control Plus: it works very well with the old PS1 controller and there's no lag... Perfect.
However there are a couple of question about it.

A- There's a switch with 3 position on the right side of the converter, but there's no instruction on how to use it: could you explain me what's the purpose of this switch?

B- Oh boy... The d**ned DC lightgun... The one I find in bundle with "House of the dead 2" it's malfunctioning; little problem: a new gun is unfindable, unbuyable, unreachable, un-whateveryouwant.
Now you know the question : with the TC Plus can I use the PS2 guncon? Or maybe your LCD Topgun? If not, will you release a LCD Topgun for use with the DC? Please... Give me something to shoot the DC!

Hi Tony

Well, that switch has 3 options :
1 : joypad
2 : joystick
3 : steeling wheel

You are recommended to set the switch to correct (corresponding) position. If the switch is not at the right position, your controller would still workable, but may be some keys would be swapped.

The TC plus doesn't support PS/PS2 guncon. You may find a 2nd hand DC gun from ebay or yahoo. Thanks ;D

Unfortunately I've already tried, but it's not so simple: it seems that few sells that accessory and even the third party lightguns are rarely available even on Ebay. A friend of mine has gone to Japan and after 3 days at Akihabara has finally find a used official Sega Lightgun under a ton of scrap... Hope it will works well...

Believe me: if one day EMS wil produce a Lightgun compatible with DC, well, I'll be the first to buy it.

Well, it's quick hard to find one in Hong Kong too. I found only one from www.yahoo.ocm.hk .

It's so nice that you could find one from Japan. You are real lucky ;D
